The service

Collect by Sway is a billing platform used by businesses ("merchants") to send invoices and collect payments from their customers. When you pay an invoice or use a customer portal on this site, you are transacting with the merchant that bills you; we provide the software and payment infrastructure. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment gateway.

Payments

By submitting a payment you authorize the listed charge to your selected payment method. Saved payment methods are stored in our gateway's secure vault and charged only per an invoice you owe, an autopay/recurring arrangement you or your merchant established, or a payment plan you agreed to. Refunds, credits, and billing disputes are handled by the merchant that bills you.

SMS terms

By providing your mobile number and consenting during account setup, you agree to receive transactional billing text messages (invoices, payment reminders, receipts, and account setup links) from the business that bills you, sent via this platform.
Message frequency varies with your billing activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also switch to email-only delivery by contacting your merchant or using your customer portal.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Merchant use of the platform is governed by the merchant's service agreement with Sway Integrations.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sway Integrations' liability arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
