Information we collect

To provide billing services on behalf of the businesses that use our platform ("merchants"), we process contact details (name, email address, mobile phone number, billing address), invoice and payment records, and limited device/usage data. Payment card and bank account numbers are captured by our PCI-compliant payment gateway and stored in its secure vault — they never touch our servers or database.

How we use information

We use your information solely to deliver billing services: sending invoices, receipts, payment reminders, and account notifications; processing payments you authorize; providing your customer portal; and meeting legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services required to deliver the messages, or as required by law.
Messages are transactional billing notifications only: invoices, payment reminders, receipts, and account setup links. Message frequency varies based on your billing activity (typically 1–4 messages per month).

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact the business that bills you. You may also switch to email-only delivery at any time.

Electronic signatures

When you sign a merchant's estimate or agreement electronically on our platform, we record the signature you draw or type together with the evidence needed to make the agreement verifiable: your name, the consent statement you accepted, a cryptographic fingerprint of the document's contents, your IP address and browser identifier, and timestamps of when the document was viewed, consented to, and signed. A sealed PDF copy of the signed agreement (including its certificate of completion) is stored with the estimate and remains available to both you and the merchant. These records exist to make the agreement legally reliable for both parties and are retained like other billing records.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment gateway, email and SMS delivery, hosting), with the merchant that bills you, with accounting integrations the merchant connects (e.g., QuickBooks Online), and as required by law. All providers are bound to use your information only to provide their service.

Retention & security

Billing records are retained as required for financial and tax purposes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected by access controls; payment credentials are tokenized in our gateway's vault.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we must retain by law) by contacting the business that bills you, or us at [email protected].
